1. Returns & Exchanges
- We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or provide store credit.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide a replacement for a defective or incorrect item.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sustainability reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After this window, we begin processing, and cancellations may not be possible.
5. International Orders
At present, Cosmic Roach Studio primarily ships within India. If you place an international order through a special request, returns and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis due to shipping constraints.
